Day 18

Today was just a day of relaxation. What vacations are meant to be about.  We just enjoyed the peace and quiet of the campground.  I sat outside and sewed for a bit, then guess what happened………

It got dark and cloudy, yes first dark and cloudy since day 1. And it even blessed us with some rain drops.  I wouldn’t want to guess how many but  a few for about 10 minutes. Not enough to amount to a thing but the first rain since Massachusetts.

 We did go out at  5:45  to wait for the train and wave to it. And we enjoyed a few moments around a beautiful bonfire.  

That was day 18 a day of relaxation. We don’t sit around like this often so I am sure tomorrow we are up to some adventure.
